About the Event
A four week Yoga course on Thursday nights between 6th - 27th August.
In your home, thanks to zoom.
7.15 - 8.15pm (all the recipes will take between 30 and 45 mins to cook.)
This course will build your stamina, strength and flexibility while working up an appetite for the meal that you've put in the oven just before your class.
At the beginning of each week I will send through a recipe for that week's meal which will be designed to nourish the area of the body that we will be targeting in the yoga session. The aim is to provide you with a better understanding of your body, your practice and your diet. The recipe will be easy to follow and prepare, and the yoga session will be timed to coincide with the meal being ready.
It will be a truly holistic course that will transform your Thursday nights.
NB - You can book for one session at at time or for the whole month in one go.
All diets catered for but please state dietary requirements when booking.
